The Center for Security Studies (KEMEA), Coordinator of the MEDEA Project (GA 787111 – https://www.medea-project.eu/) and the German Council on Foreign Relations (MEDEA partner), among others, participated in the joint final conference of the SAYSO and SMARTRESILIENCE projects that took place in Budapest during 15 – 17 April 2019.
The main scope of the conference was to present the final results & findings of SAYSO and SmartResilience EU funded projects. The participants of the conference were practitioners, stakeholders, researchers, industries and security stakeholders. In the context of this joint final conference, MEDEA was presented to the conference participants during tradeshow and poster session. The participants showed a great interest for the concept of the project especially in the Thematic Communities of Practice, the Capability Gap Analysis driven by security practitioners and the Mediterranean Security Research and Innovation Agenda.
